Your health and safety are our top priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any food items, including candy, snacks, or any edible products.
The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Window & Conditions:
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Products must be unused and in original condition.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items after 7 days from delivery.
Refund Requests:
Must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will only be considered if the issue falls within the above criteria.
Important Notes:
If an order is refused at delivery or returned without prior contact, we reserve the right to deny a refund or credit.
If your order is returned by the shipping carrier, we will review the reason and determine if a refund or credit is applicable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Meltable Items (Warm Weather Advisory):
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that melt during transit.
We also do not offer refunds for candy based on taste preferences.
